You may be thinking, What kinds of workouts are you talking about? Well, I’m talking about lifting weights, getting big, and all things basketball. There is a must have ability to become from a good basketball player to a great basketball player. You need hops. I don’t mean that you should just go and work legs 24/7 and never work on your shot or handles, but you should consider having a good jump vertical that can help you in all sports and gives you a great advantage over other basketball players!

Sports are a part of life and you need to get into it! Exercise is very healthy and your body will be in good shape. While playing any kind of sport you admire, don’t be afraid to take on big kids and challenges that lay ahead in sports. If you think you’re weak and small, don’t be afraid to work out and practice your sport.

In a month, you will be in very good shape and win games and have lots of fun! You might even make some knew friends while playing sports! I remember when I was around 7 or 8 years old, I tried out for many sports and eventually, I got really good. Sports also build character and you will start to mature.

For those who haven’t played a lot of sports and you want to, try out in a league or in school! Always remember, sports are very competitive. You can feel the joy of winning and have lots of fun playing your favorite sport. My favorite sports are football, soccer, and basketball. Don’t be afraid to try sports and go against kids bigger than you!
